A servo-controller platform with configurations for valve positioning, substrate rotation, and sample elevators. Configuration is based on the mechanism, drive requirements, and control interfaces.
Replacement compatibility
Replacement form factor and motion hardware
EpiTech motion-controller replacements match the form factor of the older Veeco model they are intended to replace. The motion system uses EpiTech motors and cables with metal screw-together connectors.
Specify the controller model and mechanism being replaced when discussing the motion configuration.
Valve controller
SmartValve™ positioner for valved crackers: automatic and remote homing and max-position calibration, accuracy around ±0.01 mil.
