Ryan Enck
Founder
Ryan Enck has been growing epi by MBE since 2001. He spent 8 years growing InP optoelectronics devices for Covega Corporation (now Thorlabs Quantum Electronics) and 9 years in III-Nitride semiconductor research at the Army Research Laboratory. Ryan has spent his career growing high quality epi, and maintaining, repairing, and improving MBE reactors. His expertise in the field and background in electrical and computer engineering has enabled him to create innovative new products that make MBE growth easier and safer.
